- Technology & Brand Stewardship: Understands the importance of accuracy and demonstrates flexibility in using technology to develop and manage customer relationships to increase engagement, with a focus on GESMN’s brand stewardship and organizational voice.
- Communications: Provides communications support to the marketing team, DGR and store leadership, internal stakeholders, following direction provided by the Marketing and Communications Director
- Pay range: $27.38- $37.04 Hourly
- This is a scheduled-hybrid role whose essential functions require work to be conducted at a physical location, which may include a GESMN or partner facility, at least two (2) days per week. The remaining days can be worked from the employee’s home office or a designated community setting as directed by the manager.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of branding and customer engagement strategies, using technology and innovation to strengthen GESMN’s connection with multiple audiences.
- Demonstrates acumen in the gravity of stewarding the Goodwill brand and communicating on its behalf in everyday work, growing customer engagement and adhering to organizational messaging.
- Advanced skills in job-related technology: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), database applications like Salesforce, point of sale, intranet and web CMS.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and effectively navigate a complex and dynamic organization.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service to resolve conflict; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize communications, multiple details and deadlines in a high-volume work setting serving both internal and external stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
