What You’ll Do

- Ensuring client satisfaction within your assigned book of business
- Retaining desirable accounts and handling renewals
- Responding quickly and professionally to client needs
- Following agency procedures to deliver accurate, high-quality work
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to team development
- Identifying and closing additional opportunities with existing clients
- Participating in marketing efforts and staying focused on client engagement
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both professional skill and a great attitude. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Must-Haves:
- Bi-Lingual is a PLUS (Lithuanian, Russian or Ukranian)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and using a calculator
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- A friendly, respectful, and ethical approach to work
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Infusionsoft, TurboDial, InsuredMine)

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
