Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Job Coach / Employment Specialist to join our Mission Services team.
In this role, you will work with Goodwill's program participants to match their backgrounds, skills, and interests with job openings, prepare candidates for interviews, and assist with entry into the workforce. You will provide an array of vocational services to individuals at their assigned locations to facilitate skill building, job safety, and the appropriate work behavior necessary to be successful in employment.
In addition to working with participants, you will establish and maintain community relationships with employers and public agencies to facilitate learning and secure employment opportunities. This role will also support operations for Table of Hope, a hot food pantry in Weirton, WV.
