**Job Summary:**
CLW in Niles, OH, is seeking a Community Employment (CE) Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment in the community. The Job Coach will work closely with clients to assess their skills, provide job readiness training, develop employment goals, and provide ongoing support to ensure success in the workplace.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct assessments to identify clients' strengths, abilities, and job preferences.
2. Develop individualized employment plans and goals for each client.
3. Provide job coaching, including job readiness training, interview preparation, and job retention skills.
4. Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients.
5. Assist clients in job search activities, resume development, and job applications.
6. Provide ongoing support to clients in the workplace to help them achieve their employment goals.
7. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
**Qualifications:**
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in supported employment programs a plus, but not required.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of local labor market trends and resources for individuals with disabilities.
6. Certification as a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) is a plus.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
