We are looking for an E-Commerce Team Lead to join a great team!
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday,7:00am-3:30pm, with no nights or weekends—because we value work-life balance!
- Hourly Rate: Start at $16.00/hour, with a $1.00/hour raise after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the E-Commerce Manager and Assistant Manager in managing and operating the E-Commerce department in all of its aspects and duties in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager.
- To act in a leadership capacity demonstrating professional behavior and decision making, effective interpersonal communication skills, and setting an example for all Goodwill staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and assisting customers promptly and ensuring orders are pulled accurately for E-Commerce customers.
- Be aware and knowledgeable of the appropriate merchandise for E-Commerce and communicate that to store personnel.
