Position Summary:
Lead the development and delivery of training programs focused on enhancing the skills of Career Services and Workforce Development (WFD) associates. Collaborate with stakeholders to connect customers to workforce services and career programs. Oversee the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) monitoring, ensuring all programs meet CARF standards, and manage CaseWorthy training sessions and audits to ensure compliance and effective portal use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive training programs for Career Services and WFD associates, ensuring that the knowledge and skills are acquired to support program goals through a person-centered approach.
- Manage the onboarding process for faith-based, community-based, educational, and government partners, guiding them through the utilization of the CaseWorthy Connect portal.
- Provide oversight for the Eagle Investor program and support the team.
- Provide ongoing support and training to external partners, ensuring they can effectively use the portal to connect their customers with workforce services and career pathways.
- Oversee CARF monitoring and evaluation efforts, ensuring all training programs and services meet CARF accreditation standards, including the tracking of all mandatory training requirements necessary for CARF and program compliance.
- Conduct regular CaseWorthy training sessions for internal associates and external partners, ensuring users are proficient in using the portal to facilitate seamless access to workforce services.
- Perform periodic CaseWorthy audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps in training, develop training content and resources that align with the organization’s objectives and industry’s best practices.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust and enhance training strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for new and existing partners, fostering a seamless user experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make improvements based on partner needs and program goals.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with and engage diverse communities, foster relationships and build partnerships to increase participation and involvement.
- Collaborate with WFD and career services to support skills training, job readiness, and career advancement opportunities within these communities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workforce services, career pathway programs, CaseWorthy Connect portal features, and CARF accreditation requirements to effectively train stakeholders.
- Manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager on training and development within the organization and for external partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by working closely with senior leadership to understand long-term training goals and organizational development.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce development, career services, human services, or a related field is required.
- Strong understanding of case management, career services, and data management systems.
- Must be able to demonstrate proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to get multi-sector stakeholders to work together.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in management is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a working knowledge of grammar usage, letter writing skills, and proofreading.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within career services, WFD, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workforce services, career pathways, and case management systems, preferably CaseWorthy Connect.
- Familiarity with CARF accreditation standards and the monitoring and evaluation processes associated with CARF compliance.
- Experience conducting audits or assessments of training programs and systems.
- Ability to assess training needs, develop content, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Meet or exceed established outputs, outcomes, and goals for the (calendar/fiscal) year.
- Ensure CaseWorthy Connect Portal utilization by 70% in year one and 10% annually thereafter.
- Ensure 90% or higher data input by conducting regular audits of CaseWorthy reporting.
- Timely and accurately submit all compliance documentation, reports, and performance reviews.
- Effectively manage staff development and training programs, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Execution of WFD Programs as assigned.
