Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented eCommerce Site Manager to join our team! The eCommerce Site Manager will support eCommerce sales and lead eCommerce employees continually by evaluating and improving the performance of others; constantly striving to improve eCommerce processes and performing tasks as needed to ensure eCommerce goals are met and exceeded. Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Leads the development and operation of an assigned store to achieve the site’s financial, customer, and employee metrics.
- Creates an environment that drives positive relationships with customers and employees to successfully implement Goodwill’s mission services and enhance site’s profitability.
- Hires, trains, and supervises eCommerce employees, forecasts and schedules to optimal staffing levels.
- Responsible for skill development, cross-training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action of eCommerce Assistant Managers, eCommerce Team Leads and other employees.
- Ensures that online platforms reflect established protocol and guidelines in a manner to attract and retain customers and donors, driving overall improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have management/supervisory/team leadership skills and experience; Background in online sales, customer service, and shipping is preferred.
- Must have proficient computer skills necessary to perform job duties.
- Must have valid driver’s license and insurance and acceptable driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands:
- This job may have physical requirements that considered light to medium work. Light to medium work involves sitting for short periods of time; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity, frequently lifting/pushing/pulling 10-20 pounds, and occasionally pushing/pulling 20-50 pounds.
- Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel to other locations beyond assigned work site may be required.
