Position Summary:
Our Success Coaches for Career Services are advocates and guides for our clients, including justice-involved individuals, helping them to remove barriers and create a success plan that leads to new employment or advancement in their current employment. This role is in-person and requires working with clients through all communication channels: email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Success Coaches are deeply caring individuals motivated to see their clients succeed through one-on-one or group coaching sessions that connect clients to training pathways, assess needs, and provide wrap-around support. Success Coaches are team players with a commitment to collaborative work streams and a heightened level of initiative to get things done. Success Coaches also prioritizes building trust and strong relationships with clients. Understanding that working with vulnerable populations requires "wearing many hats," Success Coaches are expected to produce results in a fast-paced environment and adapt comfortably to purposeful changes daily.
