Job Summary:
The Nissan Customer Service Associate will provide customer service to Nissan/ARO customers in daily operations of the mailroom in an effort to maintain a productive flow of mail and fulfillment projects.
Job Description
Essential Functions
- Being available to customers.
- Knowing and following Nissan policies and procedures.
- Keeping supplies well stocked, displayed and clean.
- Providing prompt and accurate checkout.
- Wearing neat business casual attire.
- Giving prompt assistance to people
- Pitching and delivering mail
- Participate in fulfillment projects.
- Being on the mail room floor and ready to work by their scheduled time.
- Working their assigned schedule: limiting time off to sick and annual leave available.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with all company and Nissan/ARO policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Regular, reliable attendance, as defined in Goodwill’s attendance policy.

Education

Experience
- No experience necessary.
Knowledge and Skills
- Able to communicate effectively with other employees.
- Able to learn new processes and possesses fair to good organizational skills.
- Able to problem-solve, prioritize and be able to multi-task with assistance from Team Leader.
- Able to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Basic computer skills.

- Experience in mail room is preferred.
