Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our processing plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless merchandise flow. What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor teams to optimize efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Manage warehouse operations, including production, transportation, salvage, and waste management.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between collection, production, and internal distribution.
- Maintain high safety standards and ensure all facilities are clean and organized.
- Work closely with leadership to enhance processes, increase profitability, and support Goodwill's mission.
- Analyze operational performance and proactively resolve challenges.
- Train and develop employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of warehouse or plant management experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A valid driver's license (forklift certification preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, including occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling.
