While receiving leadership support from the Ecommerce Store Team Leader, the Ecommerce Shipping Specialist advances our mission by packaging and shipping all online orders within a designated time frame. The Ecommerce Shipping Specialist will align service delivery in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values and brand of Goodwill NCW.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh, package, label, and ship items using both Fed Ex and USPS software and guidelines.
- Monitor packing supplies and keep your work area clean and safe.
- Achieve personal goals to maintain proficiency standards from performance reviews.
- Follow safety and security requirements.
- Works M-F Day schedule set by supervisor in support of department.
- Always maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to established dress code.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including production area.
- Complies with all GNCW policies, including, but not limited to, reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Skills & Experience Requirements
- At least a basic level of competency with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
- Basic knowledge of how to process inventory and ship product.
- Skilled at organization, prioritization, and planning work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Must possess a positive work attitude.
- Willing to work independently within a small team.

- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment.
