Position Title : Data Quality Assurance Specialist
Location : New Castle, De
Pay Rate : $30.00 per hour
Schedule : M-F 8am to 4pm
Job description :
You will manage CIS’s day to day call record management, review the call log system to check integrity and identify critical incidents, support the Lead Evaluator in producing monthly KPI reports, coordinate between necessary departments, and ensure compliance with 988 Lifeline guidelines and grant award requirements. The Data Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for :
- Leading and facilitating quality improvement projects
- Collaborating with Co-Project Director and 988 Centers to develop a Quality Assurance Plan, ensuring alignment with Vibrant and SAMHSA Requirements.
- Coordinating with 988 Centers and relevant service providers to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plan
- Identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance, and develop action plans to address them.
- Monitoring progress, outcomes, and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Leveraging subject matter experts and SAMHSA / Vibrant best practice resources and learn from other state’s Critical Incident Review models
- Remain flexible to other job duties assigned.
