Position Summary
The Donor Relations and Database Coordinator plays a key role in managing donor data, supporting fundraising initiatives, and strengthening donor relationships. This position oversees all aspects of gift processing, database integrity, and donor stewardship using DonorPerfect and other fundraising technology. Additionally, the role assists in planning fundraising events, coordinating volunteer programs throughout our service territory, and supporting donor communication strategies. By collaborating with internal teams and affiliates, the coordinator ensures efficient donor engagement and enhances Goodwill’s fundraising efforts through data-driven insights and relationship management.

Schedule: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday
Travel: Local travel may be required

By collaborating with internal teams and affiliates, the coordinator ensures efficient donor engagement and enhances Goodwill’s fundraising efforts through data-driven insights and relationship management.
Duties Will Also Include But Are Not Limited To
- Coordinate all aspects of gift management from receiving the donation to thanking the donor
- Assist with the implementation of goals aligned with strengthening mission awareness in retail donors, shoppers, and volunteers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce flyers, emails, and other donor communications
- Monitor and manage recruitment strategy for agency volunteers
- Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all agency policies and procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent AND 3 years of relevant experience
- Associates Degree AND 1 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of MS Outlook, Excel and Word required
- Familiarity with CRM database functionality required
- General fundraising and corporate event/campaign planning knowledge preferred
- Some accounting skills preferred
- Project management skills a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
- Coding/CSS skills a plus
- Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH).
Salary : $50,000 - $52,000
