Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
- Accurately process Point of Sale (POS) transactions and handle cash effectively.
- Communicate our Mission and values (RISE: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence) to our employees, customers, and donors.
- Manage inventory, merchandise, and maintain the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following all personal protective equipment policies and procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and performing janitorial work.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should have:
- Basic English language skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other technology necessary to complete assigned activities.
- Some retail and sales experience is helpful but not required.
