Pay Range DOE: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday. Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
- This job is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
- This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of Full-time permanent placement.
JOB SUMMARY:
Goodwill Staffing is looking for someone with experience in administrative support and office operations. To provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, to serve as the first impression of the Security Guard company's internal and external stakeholders both in person and through the phone system. The administrator should have advanced knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite. This also means being proficient at Excel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the office
- Answering and transferring calls
- Organizing documents
- Scheduling meetings and dispatch
- Ensuring smooth operations
- Data Entry and Recordkeeping
QUALIFICATIONS:

Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Position requires sitting for extended periods and using a computer keyboard for a minimum of four hours each day. Must be physically able to carry weight and stand/stoop when filing.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Two years minimum experience in a position involving administrative positions and working with a multi-line phone system.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Clerical and accounting skills desired.

Other:
- Assist supervisor and various departments with other clerical tasks and/or special projects as needed
