Administrative Assistant - Legal
Goodwill TalentBridge is recruiting a legal administrative assistant to work with our client, an established law firm specializing in the area of debt resolution, in this contract to hire role.
This role will assist in a variety of administrative duties, communications to clients, courts and litigants, scheduling and calendaring, as well as electronic filing, and will support multiple attorneys within the firm. Following a training period, the administrative assistant role may include additional responsibilities of outbound calls and communications to resolve unpaid debt and payment resolution.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, previous administrative support experience and be highly organized. The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment is essential.
