Job Overview:A Residential Program Coordinator assists the Program Manager with operating a residential program and participates in staff management. Key responsibilities include:- Responding to urgent matters related to service recipients, employees, and the facility, in the absence of the Program Manager.
- Assisting in ensuring the quality of the designated program about service recipient needs and satisfaction.
- Working to ensure that all necessary certifications for facility staff are current within agency policy.
- Proactively engaging residents while setting examples in expectations for staff.
- One year experience in a residential setting.
- Prior work experience with persons with challenging behaviors.
- Certification and license as determined by program requirements.
- Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record.
- Evidence of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
- A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
