AR/AP Accountant Responsibilities
- Manage complex invoicing and ensure timely collections, resolve billing inquiries
- Process vendor invoices, manage expense reports, and pay bills on time
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations using MS Excel
- Assist payroll processing and manage taxes
- Account Reconciliation
- 3-5 years of accounting experience- especially with AR/AP
- Associates or higher in a business and accounting/finance background
- Advanced MS EXCEL USER (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables), and other ERP/accounting softwares i.g, Quickbooks Online
- 1 year experience with cost accounting (assigning costs to all the companies business activities)
- Salary up to $85K
