Assistant Kitchen Manager for High-Volume Entertainment Facility
We are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) to oversee the event kitchen operations in a large-scale, multi-outlet, high-volume entertainment facility in Mesa, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen manager with a background in multi-unit, multi-concept, and event-driven operations to join a dynamic team.
Salary : $65,000–$75,000 Bonus Growth Opportunities
Benefits : Health Benefits, PTO, Bonus Structure
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the Event Kitchen operations, including food quality, timing, and food costs.
- Manage high-volume event preparation for tournaments, corporate functions, live entertainment, and private parties.
- Train and develop a team of kitchen staff to excel in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment.
- Coordinate with the Senior Kitchen Manager and General Manager to meet event demands and uphold brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
