Assistant Kitchen Manager Perks

- Ensure seamless daily operations in a high-volume environment
- Oversee recipe consistency, portion control, prep planning, and scheduling support
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills during every shift
- A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a full-service, casual, or upscale-casual dining establishment
- Must thrive in a fast-moving work setting
- Proven ability to uphold high standards, surpass objectives, and cultivate teamwork
- Experience managing inventory and placing orders
- A commitment to maintaining top-tier safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
