Assistant Kitchen Manager Prerequisites -

• 3-5 Years in a Similar Role
• High Sales-Volume Experience
• Extensive Knowledge Monitoring Food and Labor cost, Menu Development, and Costing
  
  

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities -

• Oversee the Hiring, Training, Scheduling, and Mentoring Team
• Management of All Back-of-House Staff
• Weekly and Monthly Inventory and Ordering
