Beverage Manager Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Beverage Manager in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with a focus on Italian cuisine.
• Expertise in Italian wines, spirits, and cocktails, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in training, mentoring, and managing bar or beverage teams.
• Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and building solid vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Sommelier, TIPS) are a plus.
