Catering Chef Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all culinary operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily catering events.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistent quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and cost analysis to align with business goals and budget.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to manage catering budgets and maintain profitability.
• Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary best practices and high standards.

Catering Chef Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in a catering environment.
