TASTE is looking for an energetic, hard-working, and talented Chef for our Catering Operations. TASTE Catering and Events exec Weddings, Galas, Private Dinner Parties, Cocktail Parties, Holiday Parties with an unwavering commitment to delicious, innovative food and impeccable service.
Chef Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for all Culinary Operations
- Oversee execution of menu offerings
- Attention to detail, consistency, and innovation
- Assist in employee training programs
- Knowledgeable in a broad range of cuisines and techniques
- Work closely with the accounting team to follow budget according to business volumes
- Menu Planning, Costing and Development
- Kitchen Management
- Planning and execution of production lists daily
- Onsite event production and training
- Quality assurance
- Supervise check out and pack out of event menu items
- Communicate standards to onsite catering team
