What You'll Do :

Lead the development of accurate and detailed estimates for DOT, municipal, and commercial projects.

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Utilize industry-standard software, including INDOT specifications, Microsoft Office, and Project.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

What You'll Need :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in estimating and managing civil concrete projects

Proficiency in INDOT specifications and KYTC Specifications (preferred)

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)

Experience with digitizing takeoff software

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently
