Client Relations And Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries across the U.S. for large/heavy products
- Serve as a point of contact between clients, contractors, and the sales team
- Communicate updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with shipping partners and receiving teams
- Monitor and manage timelines to ensure smooth, on-time delivery operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven commitment to customer service excellence
- Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or client coordination is a plus
- Comfortable working closely with sales and operations teams
