Account Manager Responsibilities

Drive process improvements and advanced analytics
Collaborate with data teams
Manage key customer relationships and communication
Support implementation and ongoing software training

Account Success Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's 3 years experience in client success or software system implementation - prefer in a hospital setting
Implementation and training experience - up to 50% travel
Client-centric with amazing communication and teamwork skills
Detail and process-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges & develop repeatable, scalable solutions

Account Manager Compensation

Competitive Salary 65 to 85k
