- Oversee daily clubhouse operations with efficiency and attention to detail
- Lead, train, and support a dedicated team to provide exceptional service
- Curate and manage the club’s wine and beverage program, ensuring an outstanding selection for members
- Maintain beverage inventory, oversee cost control, and collaborate with vendors
- Ensure all bar and beverage staff are knowledgeable in wine pairings, craft cocktails, and service standards
- Coordinate and execute events that enhance the member experience
- Manage staff schedules, budgets, and inventory to optimize performance
- Address and resolve member inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall club presentation
- Previous Club, Resort, or Hotel Management experience
- Strong wine and beverage knowledge, including wine pairings, craft cocktails, and inventory management
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events
