Director Of Operations Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $190K - $235K (Higher for exceptional experience!)
- Performance Bonuses – Rewarding your success

- Own the Entire Roofing Operation – Oversee everything from estimating & bidding to project execution & closeout
- Optimize & Scale – Improve workflows, drive efficiency, and increase profitability across sales, project management, and field operations
- Build & Lead High-Performing Teams – Mentor superintendents, project managers, and field crews to execute at the highest level
- Drive Financial & Performance Success – Control budgets, labor costs, and materials while ensuring projects exceed expectations
- Strengthen Key Relationships – Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Enforce Safety & Compliance – Maintain the highest industry standards, oversee training, and ensure regulatory compliance across all job sites
- Expert-Level Commercial Roofing Knowledge – Deep experience with TPO, PVC, BUR, and other commercial roofing systems
- Proven Leadership in Operations – Track record of scaling commercial roofing or construction operations
- Strong People Management Skills – Ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams to peak performance
- Exceptional Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities – Navigate challenges and keep projects on track
- Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – Skilled in budgeting, financial oversight, and optimizing margins
- Tech-Savvy & Process-Focused – Comfortable leveraging technology to streamline operations
