Continuous Improvement Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Utilize QAD Redzone Workforce (ERP) to streamline operations and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for achieving operational excellence.
- Conduct training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement methodologies are adopted and sustained across the organization.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Proven experience with QAD Redzone Workforce (ERP) in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and its application in process improvement.
- 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field (or 5 years of relevant work experience)
- Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
- Experience leading change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems or advanced analytics tools.
