Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Rogers, AR

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Rogers, AR. This individual will be key in driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Continuous Improvement Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
• Utilize QAD Redzone Workforce (ERP) to streamline operations and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for achieving operational excellence.
• Conduct training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement methodologies are adopted and sustained across the organization.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  
  

Continuous Improvement Manager Qualifications

• Proven experience with QAD Redzone Workforce (ERP) in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and its application in process improvement.
• 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or a related role.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field (or 5 years of relevant work experience)
  
  

Continuous Improvement Manager Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Experience leading change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems or advanced analytics tools.
