Controls Engineer Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary of $100,000 to $140,000

- Design, program, and document control systems, including wiring schematics, panel layouts, and PLC/Smart relay software.
- Troubleshoot and debug systems during testing, commissioning, and maintenance to ensure performance and reliability.
- Evaluate and integrate new components and technologies to enhance system functionality and reduce manufacturing complexity.
- Create clear instructions, training materials, and processes to support operators and technicians in system assembly and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes, manage engineering documentation, and improve production workflows.
- Provide technical field support during equipment installation, testing, and startup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in controls engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages, such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text.
- Experience with CAD tools for creating wiring diagrams and panel designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and teach others new technologies.
