We are looking for a strong, organized, and hungry leader for our Sales and Marketing department! We are looking for a hospitality veteran with experience with major brands and select-service properties. This position is based in Atlanta and does require working onsite at our corporate office with regular visits to our properties. Hotel experience is required for this role.

Corporate Director Of Sales And Marketing Qualifications

• 3 years as a Regional or Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for a group of hotels
• Bachelor's degree or Hotel Certification highly preferred
• Experience with at least 2 major brands of Hilton, Marriott, Choice, or IHG
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build out the S&M department
• Experience creating SOPs and training new team members
• A strong hunter's mentality to finding and building business
  
  

Corporate Director Of Sales And Marketing Responsibilities

• Build out the Sales and Marketing department with team members who share our values
• Lead the Sales and Marketing department with integrity, consistency, and vision
• Create SOPs for the sales and marketing department, securing business, and client communication
• Collaborate as part of the Executive Team on vision, ideas, and approaches for the company
• Regularly visit properties and collaborate with the operations team to best secure business and maximize ADR and RevPAR
• Other duties as assigned
