Director Of Business Development Responsibilities
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Maintain a 3-year prospecting pipeline by leveraging CRM tools to track viable leads.
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs to ensure financial feasibility and business alignment.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth research to refine and enhance the sales process.
- Attend client meetings, build strong relationships, and drive long-term partnerships.
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, with at least 3 years in contract food service for Sports and Leisure complexes.
- A passion for people-first customer service and relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience developing proformas and analyzing RFPs/RFIs.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
