The role is crucial for driving new business through strategic development, fostering partnerships, and expanding market presence in this specific sector. The position involves a dynamic mix of prospecting, strategic planning, and client engagement. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced environment, showcasing charisma, likability, and a relentless drive to go the extra mile in prospecting efforts. Availability for weekend and evening work is necessary to manage time-sensitive opportunities.
Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively seek new business through innovative outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships, while maintaining a likable and charismatic demeanor to build trust and rapport

Strategic Prospecting: Dedicate time to market analysis, attending industry events, and direct client meetings to uncover new opportunities, often requiring extra effort outside regular hours

Develop and Build Requests for Proposals (RFPs): Identify potential business opportunities and create compelling RFPs to attract new clients in the sports and live entertainment sectors

Analyze Inventory Mix and Historical Data: Review past performance data and current inventory to formulate informed bids that align with market trends and client needs

Lead Contract Negotiations: Engage in sophisticated negotiations to secure favorable terms that benefit both Elevate and its partners, leveraging strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Conduct Financial Reviews: Work with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial health, discuss budget allocations, and ensure profitability of new ventures

Prepare and Present Business Proposals: Craft and deliver detailed proposals that outline service offerings, benefits, and strategic advantages for potential clients

Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Elevate’s various teams to ensure all aspects of new business ventures are covered, from operations to legal compliance

Qualifications
-
A minimum of 5 years consultative sales experience.

A minimum of 3 years selling contract food service management solutions to Senior living institutions.

Previous experience in closing complex public and private multimillion-dollar contracts for vended food services or cafeteria management solutions.

Ability to demonstrate proven success negotiating contracts on a national and global scale.

Experience with discovering, analyzing, and assessing RFPs/RFIs;

A strong strategic thinker around workplace solutions and improving "hit and close" rate with the right clients;

Have established client relationships with Colleges and Universities in the United States.

Comfortable directing other leaders in a high-volume business.
