- 3 years in a recent/current full service multi unit culinary leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful culinary concepts.
- Strong understanding of BBQ cuisine and Southern flavors. would be great

- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive culinary strategies that align with our brand and growth objectives.
- Oversee all culinary operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in quality, standards, and menu offerings.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of Executive Sous Chefs and culinary staff.
- Collaborate with General Managers to achieve restaurant goals and optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and provide feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Research and implement new culinary trends and techniques to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing effectively.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for culinary team members.
