We have an immediate opening at our high end luxury resort located near the Georgia coast for an Executive Chef/Culinary Director. If you have 10 years experience working at a luxury resort that is semi-remote and are an amazing Southern style chef we are looking for you! Apply now! We offer a solid salary range of $135,000 to $150,000 and great benefits.

Executive Chef/Culinary Director Qualifications

• Executive Chef or Culinary Director experience - 5 years
• MUST HAVE SOUTHERN COOKING EXPERTISE
• Food and Beverage experience - multi-outlet High-end Hotels or multi-outlet resorts - 10 years
• High volume expertise of $10 million
• Re-concepting or concepting experience - experience designing receipts and menus
• New restaurant opening experience a big plus
• Fine dining, casual and grab and go outlet experience
• High end and large scale banquet experience
• Ownership mentality with solid leadership and team building skills
  
  

Resort Culinary Director Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing your team
• Responsible for developing recipes and menus
• Responsible for re-development phase and high growth of our property
• Close working relationship with GM and Director of Food and Beverage and management to create the vision of the culinary program
