Director Of Finance Responsibilities

• 5 years as an executive-level finance director.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA preferred).
• Skilled with both centralized and decentralized accounting systems.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 5 accounting professionals.
• Oversee finance operations and guide executive leadership on financial strategy.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades and with Revenue and Sales teams on yield management.
• Report directly to owners and investors on financial matters
