- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and professional development.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, compliance, and employee development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems (ADP, Bamboo HR).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
