Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Human Resources to oversee their human capital at their international restaurant in Miami.

Director Of Human Resources Compensation And Benefits

• Annual salary between $105k-$115k

Director Of Human Resources Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline; additional credentialing preferred
• At least five years of human resources leadership preferably in hospitality - restaurants preferred
• Work ethic and style to understand the demands of the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with people at all levels
• Leadership experience
  
  

Director Of Human Resources Responsibilities

• Ownership of all human resource-related functions
• Fluency in employment and payroll law
• Provide training and development programs on leadership skills
• Ability to mentor, and positively influence co-workers as it relates to best practices, business acumen, and workplace safety and compliance
• Project management for all human capital-related projects
• Possess financial acumen to understand forecasting, budgets, and ROI
