Responsibilities for the Director of IT role are comprehensive and include:
- Direct oversight of all IT operations, including supervision of our IT staff and systems!
- Development of a strategic vision for the organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing computer and information systems, security, and communication systems!
- Management and monitoring of the IT department's annual budget!
- Collaboration with senior-level stakeholders across the organization to identify business and technology needs and optimize IT usage!
- Vigilant monitoring of systems performance to ensure seamless delivery and operation of IT services!
- Establishment of processes and standards for the selection, implementation, and support of systems!
- Provision of direction, guidance, and training to IT personnel!
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field!
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT operations, including supervision of technology teams and oversight of substantial IT projects!
- Profound knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications within the hospitality industry!
- Experience as an IT Director in retail, wholesale, Health & Wellness, or Pharmaceuticals!
