Director Of Operations Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities of the venue - coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments.
• Polished Leader who can coordinate, execute, and forecast
• Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
• Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
• Possesses exceptional P&L knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps and develop the team around you.
• Expert in negotiating vendor contracts and protecting brand integrity.
