- Proven Leadership Experience: 6 years in a Director or Regional role within full-service concepts serving LBW (liquor, beer, and wine).
- Multi-Unit Oversight: Managed a portfolio of 6 locations.
- Professional Stability: A track record of loyalty—no more than 3 roles in the last 10 years.
- Ethical Leadership: Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and strong moral character.
- Team-First Mentality: Passion for supporting both salaried and hourly employees, creating a culture of care and inclusion.
- Travel-Ready: Comfortable managing a region and traveling as needed.
