Our client is seeking a visionary Director of Product Development. This pivotal role will strategically guide the design and engineering teams through the full product development process to ensure the delivery of innovative, market-driven products.

Director Of Product Development Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept to launch.
• Mentor and manage design and engineering teams.
• Align with quality, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Oversee development, approvals, and cost tracking (D365).
• Manage budget and resources for maximum ROI.
• Identify and address project risks.
  
  

Director Of Product Development Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline
• 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
