Director Of S&C Requirements And Responsibilities

• Candidates must have at least 4 years prior experience in a sales and catering-related role.
• Develops and implements all sales and catering operations.
• Responsible for the solicitation and implementation of all private dining and catering.
• Accountable for meeting all sales and marketing quotas.
• Responsible for communicating and executing corporate marketing initiatives in their market.
• Aid operations as needed.
