Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Director of Sales & Marketing for their upscale boutique property. Director Of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive group business, including room sales, F&B sales, and banquet services.
• Attend networking events, local meetings, and conventions to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct site tours and maintain an accurate customer database.
• Develop and manage contracts, following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the departmental budget and monitor performance against established profit plans.
  
  

Director Of Sales & Marketing Qualifications

• 2 years of full-service hotel sales experience.
• Experience with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work on-site, full-time north of Richmond, VA
