District Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
5 years of multi-unit retail leadership (20-100 store experience preferred)
Strong P&L management experience and business acumen
Live within the designated district (Collier, Lee, Charlotte counties)
Lead sales performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Train and develop store managers and teams to achieve company goals
