Position Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Own, define, and prioritize the backlog for multiple eCommerce products, ensuring clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to develop features that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
- Lead Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
- Analyze user behavior, sales data, and market trends to drive product decisions.
- Optimize integrations with payment processors, order management systems, and logistics platforms.
- Ensure business goals are met while balancing technical feasibility and development resources.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in eCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar product management platforms
