Exec Sous Chef Qualifications
Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Mentor and develop line cooks
Ensures quality and maintains company standards
Current ServSafe Manager's certification
Exec Sous Chef Requirements
5 years experience in a Sous Chef role in high-volume scratch kitchen
Must lead, work, and direct the line during service
Excellent knife skills
Solid tenures
Systems and inventory knowledge
