We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead operations for a boutique burger, sandwich, and salad restaurant with a full alcohol program, located in McCall, ID. This unique role requires a passionate chef with strong leadership skills who can oversee kitchen operations, develop an innovative menu, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in both the kitchen and dining room.

Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-quality, creative menu focused on burgers, sandwiches, and salads
• Oversee all kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Hire, train, and manage both kitchen and FOH staff, fostering a strong team culture
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards, ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation
• Manage inventory, food costs, labor budgets, and overall restaurant profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and liquor regulations
• Create a welcoming and high-energy dining environment, leading service operations when needed
  
  

Executive Chef Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef in a high-quality restaurant
• Strong leadership in both kitchen and front-of-house management
• Expertise in menu development, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team
• Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and community engagement
