READY TO GROW! Our expanding, upscale restaurant group is seeking a polished, professional, and knowledgeable Executive Chef to run operations in a high-profile, high-volume venue. We would love to meet with you if you are ready for the challenge in downtown Chicago!

Executive Chef Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef of an upscale or fine dining restaurant with progressive experience
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintaining a high rate of staff retention
• Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment - this can't be your first rodeo
• Culinary Degree/Culinary School training is highly desirable
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
• Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
• Experiencing managing sales volume experience of 6M and BOH team of 30
• A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
• Must be able to train out-of-state
• New restaurant opening experience highly preferred
